1. Magdikdik ng dahon ng olives hanggang maging paste. Ipahid ito sa balat at iwan ng kalahating oras. Banlawan ang balat ng maligamgam na tubig at punasan hanggang matuyo. Gawin ito dalawang beses sa isang araw sa loob ng dalawang linggo.

2. Kunin ang juice ng isang buong ampalaya. Maghalo ng isang kutsaritang honey, isa’t kalaha­ting kutsaritang turmeric powder at isang kutsarang ampalaya juice.

3. Maghalo ng isa’t kalahating kutsaritang turmeric powder at ilang patak ng honey at ampalaya juice. Inumin ito isang beses sa isang araw sa loob ng isang buwan.

4. Uminom ng buko juice araw-araw hanggang mawala ang tigdas.

5. Kumain ng talong araw-araw sa loob ng tatlong araw. Ang buto ng talong ay may antioxidant properties na nakapagpapalakas ng immune system.

6. Uminom ng fresh orange juice sa maghapon. Nakatutulong ang orange juice para mamintina ang water level sa katawan.

7. Matulog at magpahinga. Iwasan muna ang masyadong magpagod sa loob ng dalawang linggo.
