Maraming may ayaw sa gulay dahil siguro sa lasa nito. Pero tulad ko na walang pinipiling pagkain, masarap ang gulay lalo na kung fresh hahaha. Maraming benepisyo ang gulay sa ating kalusugan at narito ang ilang gulay na dapat ay kainin natin nang madalas para sa malusog na pa­ngangatawan.

Ang balat ng talong ay nakakasugpo ng cancer at aging. Kaya kung gusto ninyong hindi agad magmukhang los­yang kumain lagi ng talong ni manong! Este ng talong na itinitinda ni manong o manang sa palengke. Hahaha

Sa mga mahilig naman mag-gym, ang pagkain ng carrots ay mainam para mamintina ang connective tissues ng katawan. Ito’y para hindi agad magkaroon ng injury lalo na kung mahilig kayong magbuhat. Maganda rin ang carrots sa ngipin at gums.

At kung mahilig kayo sa dilim. Naku, ang pagkain ng yam ay mabisang paraan para mapanatiling malinaw ang night vision. Burp!
