Ghost employees sa Manila City Hall babalik

MANILA, Philippines - Posible umanong manumbalik ang ghost employees sa Manila City Hall na aabot sa 18,000 na mas marami pa sa regular employees na aabot lang sa 11,000 dahil sa pagre-railroad umano ng mayorya ng konsehal ng 2017 budget.

Ito ang naging pahayag kahapon ng mino­rity councilors sa ginanap na press conference at kinuwestiyon din ang paglalaan ng malaking pondo sa Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau at Manila Tricycle Regulatory Office na galing sa tinapyas na budget sa mga hospitals.

Sinabi ni Manila 3rd District Councilor Bernie Ang na binawasan ang budget ng bawat city hospital ng tig-P60 milyon para ilagay sa MTPB at MTRO na hindi naman nangangailangan ng  malaking pondo bagkus ay tamang enforcement lamang.

Ang mga nabanggit na ospital ay kinabibilangan ng Gat Andres Bonifacio Memorial Medical Center, Mother and Child Hospital,  Ospital ng Tondo, Ospital ng Sampaloc Ospital ng Maynila at Ospital ng Sta. Ana  na prayoridad ni Estrada upang mas mapalawak pa ang pagbibigay ng serbisyong medikal.

Naniniwala si Councilor Ang na hindi alam ni Estrada ang ginagawa ng majority na kanyang kaalyado at hindi ito papayag na bawasan ang budget ng mga ospital.
